Mississippi’s “Front Porch Neighborhood” in Taylor, built around walkability and community. Under 10 minutes from campus and the Square.
Fieldstone Farms
A conservation community with 100+ acres of hardwoods, lakes, and trails. Cottages to larger homes, under 2 miles from campus.
Woodson Ridge Township
Spacious lots, some 2 to 5 acres, about 6 miles out on Highway 30 East. Southern traditional and modern farmhouse homes.
The Highlands
Oxford’s premier luxury address, built around an 80-acre private, spring-fed lake. Large homes just off Highway 6 East.
Wellsgate
An established lake neighborhood on the west side, with lake access for every resident. Homes from about $230K to $1M+.
Cumberland Place
Bigger lots and bigger homes near Wellsgate in Country, French, traditional, and Cape Cod styles. Zoned for Oxford City Schools.
Ammadelle
Historic in-town living just blocks from the Square, with 1940s–60s homes under mature trees.
Avent Acres
One of Oxford’s original subdivisions, mixing older cottages with newer homes in a central, walkable spot.
